This Privacy Policy explains how BUYBYBRANDS.AI (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you visit buybybrands.ai and use our services (including account features, content tools, and optional integrations such as ad platforms or shop systems).

Depending on how you use the product, this may include: account and authentication data (e.g. email address, name if provided), technical and usage data (e.g. IP address, browser type, timestamps, logs), content you upload or generate in the product, billing-related data if you subscribe (handled by our payment provider), and data received through integrations you explicitly connect (e.g. tokens or identifiers required to call third-party APIs on your behalf).

We process data to provide and secure the service, manage your account, process payments where applicable, improve reliability and abuse prevention, and—only where you opt in—to connect third-party platforms you choose. We only use integration data to provide the features you requested (for example store or campaign metrics). You can disconnect integrations in the product where supported; revoke access in the third-party account if needed.

We use trusted infrastructure and service providers, for example hosting and database (e.g. Supabase), payment processing (e.g. Stripe), and AI or media providers where features require them. Processors are bound by agreements and process data only on our instructions to the extent necessary.

Where the GDPR applies, you may have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
